• Strengthen connections within the school community by organizing engagement opportunities

• Plan and execute at least one annual community-building event

• Welcome new families by attending and participating in the Newcomer’s Event

• Organize and execute one fundraiser per year

• Coordinate support for families with identified unmet needs

• Attend monthly PTSA board meetings

• Provide information for weekly PTSA blasts as appropriate

Recording Secretary

• Record minutes for all general and executive board meetings

• Prepare and type meeting minutes

• Distribute minutes to the executive board within ten days of each meeting

• Maintain organized records of all meeting documentation

• Attend monthly PTSA board meetings

• Attend general PTSA meetings (minimum of two annually)

• Provide information for weekly PTSA blasts as appropriate
